As a new user of OneNote, I am trying to set the audio and video settings,
which aren't working, but in Tools, Audio and Video, the Tuning Wizard button
is faded out so I can't select it. Can anyone advise on how I can activate
the Tuning Wizard? I ran Office Diagnostics and it said everything as OK. The
Help option doesn't help as it just says use the Tuning Wizard..
