I lost audio device. no sound at all. how can i reinstall audio device?

Audio devices don't really relate to Microsoft Office, which is the purpose
of this forum.

Remove the device from the hardware list in Device Manager in Windows
Control Panel, then re-detect your plug and play hardware.

If that doesn't work, please post to a proper forum for audio, such as a
Windows group.
