Audio driver missing after Windows Live Update (HP, Vista)

I have an HP9230 with Vista. I allowed Windows Live to run updates yesterday
and now my audio driver is gone. How do I get it back?
Sorry fi I'm posting to the wrong group. This is where my Windows Live query
sent me. I'm not sure if Windows Live and Microsoft office are related enough
to get a reply here...
