Audio for Powerpoint

Hi everyone,
Listen I just got Office for Mac, after about three years with my
iMac.I have a small optical store and I was thinking of creating a DVD
to play in the office waiting room that could explain the benefits of
our was thinking that maybe I could create a presentation with this
info, but I know that it would be ten times better if it had audio. For
example someone reading what is on screen so the patients will be more
interested on what they are reading and looking at. If anyone out there
knows how to do this I will be forever grateful.

Hi,

The quick, short answer is to use the SlideShow menu and choose "Record
Narration."
