Audio Notes Crashes my program

I just figured out that I can use audio notes in Word Notebook template
but when I try using audio notes my system locks up (crashes) each
time. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone have this same problem?

Not me. I use Audio notes quite often.

Can you send more details of your system/hardware & application versions?

What happens if you log into the mac as a different user - does it work OK
then?

In addition to the information Barry needs, you must not convert a Note
document to an Ordinary document.

It's a different file structure and they become quite unstable if you switch
the view from Notebook to Document and back again.
