The other day I was recording a professor's lecture and we were about 45
minutes into a 50 minute lecture, and all of the sudden I got one of those
"OneNote has encountered a problem and needs to close" error messages. I
wasn't too pissed as my laptop if pretty fast and I knew I could relaunch the
program and only miss about 1 minute of audio.
However, when I restarted OneNote, all of my Written notes were still there,
however, the audio (a continuation of the previous day's lecture) reverted
back the the beginning of that day's lecture. For example, I started day 2's
audio around 1:03:30 and it went to approxmately 2:06:30 (until MS OneNote
encountered it problem). Then upon restarting OneNote, the written notes were
there, but the almost hour of audio that linked to the notes I had just taken
was gone, and the audio only showed 1:03:30 (the starting point for that
day's lecture, and the ending point for the previous day's lecture).
So, is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future?
Thanks,
Justin
