Audio Wont Playback in part

I recorded a class with my notes. My whole semester is under one page under
one section in my notebook. All other recordings play fine. I have one day
where the recording was started by evidence of the stamp. But it wont
playback. I get an error message that onenote cannot play this recording see
help. There is nothing that addresses this issue in the help section. Also
when I copy this part of notes, the audio copies with it but will not play.
Is there any way to get this audio?
