when i open the video or audio files of a web site,then
real player opens..and then i get this message

cannot open the device.another application maybe using it

it tells to go to real networks site for help...but still
i cannot solve it.

please help...thanks in advance

I don't believe this problem is related to MS-Access.

You could try reinstalling Real Player.
