The microsoft.public.access newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Access
database software and isn't a good source of information on the subject you
ask about. You need to find a USENET newsgroup -- there are some 50,000 of
those; surely there is one that would be appropriate. Newsgroups whose name
starts with microsoft.public are sponsored newsgroups dealing with Microsoft
products.
