Audit Tracking in MS Project Server 2003

Hi!

Can some one tell me if MS Project Server 2003 provides any facility to
track overall access to the perticular project file? As thru GUI one
can only able to find the last access details.

As we have give Administrative rights to more than one person, can it
be possible to see who has made which modificaitons / updates in the
project? Is there any way to find these details directly from SQL
database?
