Augmenting Offline Help

I am running Vista Home Premium and Office 2003.

I have no regular access to the Net. Is there any way to augment my OFFLINE
help in Office programs. Most often the help that I need, is the assistance
that has been left off the OFFLINE help that came with my DVD.

Any ideas?
