Authenication Issue

After installing MS Office Student & Teacher Edition 2003
I was not able to connect to the internet from inside any
of the programs. Received the message internet
connection not found.

I even connected to the internet with explorer and tried
again from the programs and received the same message.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Broadband Cable through COX, normal way through COX.
Having no problems with any of that. Currently using
Outlook Express. Will change to Outlook after I get
Office programs connecting to internet.
