authentic software mischaracterized

I'm not able to download templates for MS Word 2007 because ther eis a
validation issue.

I just removed Office 2003, and installed Office Professional 2007 on my
computer.
Front Page 2003 was left on the hard drive. When attempting to download a
template on Word 2007, I get a message indicating that my software needs to
be validated. Unfortunately, I get a message indicating Front Page
2003(which I am not even operating) is not genuine. Though I've hit the "get
genuine" button and have authenticated the software. I'm still not able to
download anything.

All software on my computer is authentic, including Front Page 2003 and
Office Pro. 2007.

Are there any ideas out there on what's happening and what can be done to
resolve this?

Have you tried starting FrontPage and validating the software?
