Authentication DLL

Each evening my users logoff (NT4.0 servers &
workstations). When they attempt to logon in the morning
they find their accounts locked. I was told I can load a
debug version of one of the authentication DLLs to get a
verbose logging of what is exactly going on. I was told
this works for certain on a Win2K system but not sure it
can be done on NT4.0. Anyone having information on this
please share the info. Thanks!
