Authentication in Project Professional 2007

I´ve installed Project Professional 2007 and the authentication works fine,
but I must, previously, validate by PWA.

If I go pwa through WEB, and after execute Project, works fine.

If I execute Project without validate through WEB (pwa), don´t validate.

Any idea??
