Authentication method (!)

Hi.

ProjectServer 2003 has Mixed authentication method.
IIS 6.0 has Integrated windows authentication.

When a windows user goes to projectserver everything's ok.
When a non-windows user (ProjectServer user) goes to projectserver, he is
being promted to enter windows credentials. After he clicks Cancel button he
gets an error message 'You are not authorized to view this page'.

How should I enforce projectserver to go directly to Log on page for
projectserver user?

P.S.: I even edited that error page with Java script to automatically
redirect a user to log on page, but it still didn't work. It always asks for
windows credentials.
