Authorize access to a database in a shared drive

Hi there,

I want to allow some users to run an MS Access 97 database
which will update information in another database.
My concern here is that they can't access the database to
be modified as it resides on a shared drive and dont have
permission to it.
Is it possible to write some VB code or otherwise to have
them login with my information automatically and update
the information, then log out of my account? I dont want
to give them access to the datase to be modified, this is
why i want some solution where they can login with my info
automatically.
Your help would be highly appreciated.
