Auto acceptance of ICS

I'm running an exchange with several iphones connected that don'r hav
direct access to outlook via a pc. They do have access using outloo
anywhere.
My problem is we have a new appointment system that sends out invite
for our client database, this includes details of the customer an
appointment notes from any chosen mail client (outlook in my case) i
the form of ICS.
As we all know, the iPhone really messed up by not acceting ic
attachemts so I need a work around.
Is it possible to create any settings or rules to automatically accep
an invite via ics and add it direct to the outlook calender?

This way they would have all the details in their iphone calender du
to the exchange syc

They are attachments to a message? you'd need a script that opened and saved
them. If they are meeting requests, see
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/acceptrequest.asp. It might be possible to
use this method to open and save attachments - look for code samples at
outlookcode.com.
