auto advance

I'm having trouble with the auto advance feature: I set it up to
transition automatically every 10 seconds, and the times show under
each slide in the slide sorter view. When I view the slide show,
however, it doesn't advance.

Go to Slide Show > Set Up Show. Under "Advance slides", make sure "Using
timings, if present" is checked, and click OK.
