Hi,
Some further notes to my question submitted yesterday (see below):
- I have checked the email properties to ensure modified date is within the
archive time window - and it is? So I am not quite sure why auto archiving is
not working?
- I performed a manual archive, and this process works. However, rather
than simply archiving the relevant email to the specified PST file, it
creates a new folder for the archived email with the same name as the source
folder. So for example archived email from INBOX was archived in a new
folder, entitled INBOX, within the specified PST file.
Is there anyway to avoid this new folder being created?

Hi all,
I have set-up an archive profile on my Inbox to automatically archive email
older than 7 days to another newly created PST file entitled 'Don's InMail
1H2005'. However I notice there are still items sitting in my inbox dated
14th Feb 2005?? Is there something else I should do to activate auto-archive?
On a seperate note I also notice if I goto GO -> FOLDER LIST, nothing happens?
Would appreciate help!
