Hi,
We have a client that has an very extensive folder structure in her PST
file. She has 10 top level folders and NUMEROUS sub folders. Her PST file
became 2GB and Outlook said to archive. So I set up auto archiving on the 10
top level folders to archive to 10 separate archive PSTs. My problem (and
question) is the auto archiving does not work on the all the sub folders. Is
there to make the auto archive settings on the 10 top folders to apply to all
the sub folders ? The reason for setting up the 10 different archive folders
was that I wanted to prevent the archive.pst from becoming to large.
Thanks,
Tony
