Auto bcc rule for Outlook Office 2003

Want to be able to set up a rule to allow auto bcc capabilities. Doesn't
seem to be available as a download through Microsoft...few other sources on
the net have available for purchase...little concerned about buying and
downloading w/o knowledge of source.

Do you know
a) how do this on Outlook 2003
b) a reliable source online
