Auto bounce back empty message

Occassionally, when someone sends me a message, they receive an empty reply
message that I didn't mean to send and does not show in my sent folder. Any
ideas how to stop this? Eve

Are you sure it's not an auto-reply from your server?? I sure have never
ever heard of Entourage doing that.
