auto calculation problem

After installation SP-1(Project2003-KB837240-FullFile-ENU) and
Hotfix(Project2003-KB886661-FullFile) auto calculation doesn't work. But i
can manually calculate by F9, calculation works properly. Additionally i want
to indicate that auto calculation works fine in the detail lines but it
doesn't work only in the summary lines.

gokhan,
First, did auto-calculation work on all lines before you installed the
updates? Second, are you certain the Summary Line values should change?
In other words, changes in subtask values don't always result in a
change at the Summary level. Third, did you try Detect and Repair (found
under the Help menu)?

gakhan,
Ok, thanks for the very direct specific responses to my questions.
Something I forgot to ask, does this occur with more than one file? If
you haven't already you might want to try creating a fresh new test file
and see it the Summary Lines calculate properly. If they do, you may
have some file corruption in your original file. In that case, go to the
MVP website at:
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm
and look at FAQ 43 - File Bloat? - Might be Corruption.

If it still "fails" on a totally new file I'm not sure what else to
suggest other than a complete re-install of Project and the SP-1 update
but that is pretty drastic. Hopefully one of the other guys will have a
suggestion.
