Auto-Capitalize Paragaphs / Titles?

How do I:

1) Auto Capitalize the first letter of each word for a selected /
highlighted sentence?
2) How do I auto-capitalize all the selected / highlighted paragraph?
3) How do I auto-minimize all the selected / highlighted paragraph?

Or... For more precise control, in Word 2007, in the Home ribbon tab (Font
section), click the Change Case tool and choose Capitalize Each Word. In
Word 2003 and earlier, choose Format - Change Case - Title case. Note that
Word doesn't actually do it correctly per most style manual, in that
interior articles get capitalized. In that respect, Word 2007 is at least
honest in that rather than labeling it "Title case" it calls it "Capitalize
Each Word".
