Auto category when a specific location....

is selected in the Calendar. Before I had to replace my harddrive, on
outlook, I had the calendar select a color when I used a location: IE: when
I selected church for a location, it would automatically category it in
GREEN. Now, I cannot remember how to set that up again.

*I hope this makes sense.. I have but only one cup of coffee so far this
morning. **yawn**

If you are using Outlook 2007 ... In your Calendar View, Go to View, Current
View, Customise Current View and Choose Automatic Formatting.

From there you can Add a Filter to enable you to identify the Item and
subsequently the Color.

Let me know if you need more detail.

Cheers

You can assign a category and color to the item as long as you use an
identifying word, such as for Locales, Los Angeles = Red category. Any item
you create with that locale will get the Los Angeles category and color.
