For two years now, my Outlook 2000 (SP3) has been running
without a hitch. I used to be able to enter a contact
phone number by simply typing the number (ex: 3339999) and
when I hit enter, Outlook would automatically reformat the
number entered to read: (702) 333-9999 - now, when I enter
a phone number in this manner I get an error
message "Operation Failed" - and I have to enter the area
code, parenthesis, spaces and dashes manually.
Nothing new has been installed on this system... no
hardware, no software. One day it worked, the next day it
didn't.
The systems is a W2K Pro, SP4.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
