auto complete email

Can someone please tell me how to set up outlook to auto
complete email names if sending to a user in the address
book
Also I would like to be able to automatically have users
added to the address book or contact list when I reply to
an email how can I set that

Not unless you first post your Outlook version and, if earlier than 2002,
your mail support mode as well.

1. Autocomplete in Outlook cannot use your address book. It uses a cache of
names created as you actually send messages. As long as you've enabled it,
you'll see it start to work after you've sent enough messages.
2. Outlook 2002 has no ability to add recipients to your address book
automatically, but you can create one with code:
