Auto-complete list

Hi,
The "auto-complete" feature on my "to" space when I send new e-mails keeps
popping up a particular name I would like it not to use. I have previously
sent an e-mail to this person. I have deleted the name as it popped up four
times, but it seems to intermittently reappear. Any idea how to solve this?
