auto complete stopped working on Months

We have Word XP on Vista (not my decision) with Worldox as a Document
Management app.

When you type "janu" normally you would get a tip suggesting "January". You
press Enter and January is typed on the screen.
I still get the tip "January (press Enter to Insert) and nothing happens.
It is the same for each of the months. Here is the twist, it is not
consistent. Somtimes it will work, sometimes you have to hit enter 4-5
times.

I have the "Show AutoComplete suggestions" checked.

I have deleted the normal.dot thinking it was corrupt, but it still
continues.

Any one with any ideas?
