Auto-completed email address and outlook profiles

Hi,

By auto-completed email address I am referring to the process where you
start to type in an email address and outlook matches it to an address you
have type previously. i.e. the first time I send an email to (e-mail address removed)
I have to type the email address in. The second time I type "jim" and
outlook will present the address (e-mail address removed)

I notice that when you create a new outlook profile all of the
auto-completed email addresses outlook has "learnt" are lost. Is there a way
you can copy this list of "learnt" address to a new outlook profile?

Yes. The cache containing those names is located in the (hidden) folder
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook and its file type is NK2. Name the file so that
its name matches that of the mail profile you will use and the cache should
work for that mail profile.
