Auto completion in shapes

With a two or more pages can you have some of the blocks automaticly update with a block on the first page? if so how?

Visio has an Off-page Reference shape that will do that. You can find it in
the Basic Flowchart Shapes stencil. This sets up a pair of shapes that will
keep text synchronized and provide hyperlinks to each other.

Beyond that there are a few specific drawing types that will perform shape
synchronization. Org Chart is the primary one.
