Auto completion of email addresses

I am new to Outlook 2002. Does anyone know how to make
Outlook only look at the contact list when automatically
completing the "To:" email address? Alternatively, is
there a way to clear the cache of addresses that Outlook
accesses (aside from the contact list)?
I know how to turn the auto completion function off
altogether.
