I currently use prf files to configure Outlook's main settings. Is there a
way to automatically configure settings that aren't available in prf files. I
use the run once key in WindowsXP to run the prf configuration, but I don't
know how to automatically configure offline folders details.

I want each users to have an offline mailbox on every computer to which they
logon.

I want to configure the offline folders settings such as, which folders get
synchronized and when they get synchronized. I would be willing to import
registry settings using a script if I knew what they were.

Maybe, depending on what features you want to configure and what version of Outlook, which you didn't specify. For Outlook 2003, some configuration of send/receive settings is possible, but it doesn't take place through a PRF file.

There's no support for customizing send/receive settings in Outlook 2002. You can, however, use a .prf file to set up the user with offline folders, which by default, will sync the main folders.

Yes I have used prf files to configure offline folders, however there is no
setting that says when to synchronize the folders available in prf files. I
need to configure each workstations user profiles to synchronize when Outlook
is closed. Can that be accomplished by importing registry values.
