I have Word 2003 and am operating it on Windows XP Pro.
Here's the problem. Every time I try to add words or
phrases to my Auto Correct list, I get a pop-up message
with what appear to be Chinese characters and an "OK"
button. I click the "OK" button, unaware of what
I'm "OK"ing. When I exit, then return, to Word, my Auto
Correct entries are no longer on the list. I'm assuming
the error message, whatever it says, has some key as to
why. I'm not experiencing this kind of error message pop-
up with any other function, but I did note I cannot "add"
to the main dictionary. Is there any way I can fix this
without having to reinstall Word?
