AUTO-correct spelling

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

I added a misspelled word by accident. How do i delete the word?

Go to Word> Preferences - Spelling & Grammar, then click the Dictionaries...
Button. Select the Custom Dictionary (assuming you do have just the one),
then click the Edit button (click OK in the File Conversion window if one
appears). In the file that opens delete the erroneous entry just as you
would in any other document, close & save.
