Auto Correct

When I go into my Auto Correct to add new words, I get
the following error message.

"Your AutoCorrect file, C:\Documents and
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\MSO1033.acl,
could not be saved. The file may be read only, or you
may not have permission to modify the file."

It will let me go ahead and add an entry, and this entry
will work until I shut down and reboot. Once I reboot,
any auto correct entries I have made are now gone.

I don't know how to fix this one.

Have you checked to see whether the file is marked as read-only or is in a
protected folder?
