Auto Creation of Outlook Profile???

Hi,

When one of my users log on to another person's computer, they log in as
themselves but have to call the helpdesk to create an outlook profile. Is
there a way that Outlook will automatically use the person loged in as the
username for the profile?

Forgot to mention I am using Exchange 2003 and Office 2003 on Windows XP
machine

Use Google Groups to scan this group for the many postings describing how to
use PRF files.
