Auto Date Calculation field

I'm trying to create a field that shows the current date plus 7 days
automatically. Tried using a formula field but gives incorect syntax
no matter what I use. Prefer to NOT use VBA, I don't want to click on
"yes it's OK to run macros" every time I open the document.
