i am using Outlook2003 . How can i have the related emails deleted when i
receive the reply for them. by keeping the last email regarding any subject
then i don't need its relasted emails, in order not to have too many emails
inbox? can be done automatically ?

No, it's not automatic. Use a group by conversation view and delete the
previous messages in the group.
