Chris
I am curious to hear suggestions about how to serve individuals who do not
want to be scheduled by the entire organization.
Specifically, they would like to auto-decline all direct meeting requests
and have an associate manage their calendar.
Is a 2nd "public" calendar the only option here? Or is there a way to
auto-decline all meeting invitations?
I have tried setting up a rule to send a response and delete the
invitations, but the sniffer grabs the message too quickly and the tentative
meeting remains in their schedule.
Please let me know if this needs further explaination to make sense...it is
a hard request for me to put into words.
Thanks for your time,
Chris
