Auto deploy InfoPath template to WSS 3.0

Hi

We have a MOSS 2007 instalation. We are using af InfoPath 2007 form (with
managed code) so we need to upload it through the Central administraion
interface and then activate it to a site collection.

Is there any way to automate this deployement procedue eg. through a
solution package? It has to:

a) Upload the form as an administrator approved form
b) Activate it to a given site collection
