Auto Dial non function

I am having a serious conflict with OUTLOOK 2003 and WinFax PRO 10.2. Since
installing WinFaxPro, I am not able to use the phone dial feature of Outlook
except by manually dialing the number. Symantec seems to not be able to
resolve. Microsoft error message indicates problem is of WinFax, etc.and I
have not been able to resolve. Ideas/solutions are requested.
