Auto email address in form.

I have a Trouble Call(TC) database that I have created.
How can pull the member's email address automatically if
they are logged into NT4 wks? I don't want to rely on the
member to enter their address because alot of them don't
know it or they may misspell it. I want to stay away from
them entering it. I am running MS Exchange 5.5 with SP4
and Outlook 2000 for the clients, if this helps.
