Auto-email warning in MS Outlook 2003

We're running Windows XP and MS Office 2003. One of our servers (not an IIS
server; we use it for other things) has an Access database application that
automatically sends emails to employees under certain conditions. When this
application was running in Win2K (and MS Office XP), the error did not occur.
But now, we get the following error:

------------------------------------------
Microsift Office Outlook (dialog box title)
------------------------------------------

A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf.
Do you want to allow this?

I ran into the same problem with an excel workbook i had that also auto sent
emails. The only way i had found to get around this, i couldn't turn the atuo
notification off, was to either have the security settings in outlook on the
machine that is sending the email turned to very low, or to skirt around it
entirely and send the email via SMTP if your email can be sent that way.
