Auto encoding for other language incoming mails

hi,
i am using outlook 2003.As i am working in middle east i m recieving some
mails in arabic from my clients.now the problem is whenever i received mail
from outside then my exchange in arabic language it does'nt appear properly
for to read that mail,each time i have to go to View=>Encoding=>Select Arabic
language.And for your information i all ready enabled arabic supprt in
Windows XP as well as in my office.in addition i tried with proofing
tools.but problem is still there.so can u please tell me is thier any
solution to automate this process.
