Auto Fill data in a form

Question from a newbie:

I have an employee database that has all employee numbers
and what unit they work in.

I have a combo box setup so that the user chooses the
employee number.

What I need is that the unit number is automatically
filled into the form based on the employee number - I
know this has to be simple, but I can't find it -
