auto fill on a contact input form

I have a contact management database for our office. After
I input the first name and move to last name, I would like
the input form to show any duplicates for that first name
and then the same for the last name then for address, etc.
In other words as the input form is filled out step by
step, if there is a duplicate already in the database,
that information will automatically fill out the input
form until there are no remaining input items that match a
record already in the database.
