Auto Fill Word Documents

To Whom It May Concern,

I am having an issue with Word 365. I am trying to create a letterhead. I am wanting the document to automatically fill in the salutation " IE: Dear John Smith" when I type in the name, company, address. Here is an example of what I mean.

John Smith
Company XYZ
123 Anywhere St.
Anywhere, CA 26558.

Once I type in John Smith, as shown above, and press enter, I would like it to populate the field as shown in the example.

hmm, I don't think that is what I am looking for. I am wanting the salutation line to auto-populate, once I type in the recipient's name. See the attached file, please.
