Auto fill

I have searched several threads and have not found the information.

I am trying to create a template wherein the user types in the information
once and the rest of the pages are filled in automatically.

The form would ask how many exhibits and they would enter the number. It
would then ask for the case name and case number. Then, the information
would be filled in for each exhibit cover sheet. Also, each exhibit has a
different name. The report has a page listing each exhibit. I'd like for
the template to type in the name of each exhibit.

Is it possible to do this in Word? If it is, how do I do it.
